OE tailgate/back up camera

I'm putting my double din in which has a backup camera and was wondering if the OE camera would plug in

What kind is it? I think I read somewhere that Kenwood makes an adapter. But don't quote me on it.

This is the setup I have. It's one year old. I had it in another truck and put it in a 2012 ram. But I don't like the backup camera.

It looks that way. There's a guy an another forum that was thinking about trying to splice an OEM into an RCA cable. I don't think he's done it yet. It should be possible, though.
