Only off road I really do is snow when I go to the mountain. Mud, clay, and whatever else is too annoying to wash off.

the trails out here are way too tight for a full sized truck. only guys wheeling here are in beat up over modded jeeps. I had a lifted Ranger on 33's with decent mods and it was a pain here, I cant imagine taking my Ram. Maybe the main stretch of a wide power line but everything else is quad trails. When you get stuck 20 times in one trip because your wheelbase is too long and need to get pulled out by 4 wheelers, or broke through a "frozen" mud pit that sunk you to your frame rails you make an oath never to do it again unless you have a dedicated trail rig. I'd never wheel a truck I make payments on lol

To get to my local dirt bike spot you need to cross this little river. My truck is not in the video but it gives you an idea of how deep it it's. I have a stock 16 1500 eco diesel, used 4wd lock made it, no problem.

Is that azusa canyon?

I remember getting my pathfinder stuck there for 9 hours. Fun times.

Yep. It's a lot of fun. Been closed for the past couple of weeks with all this rain.

Now this is the thread I've been looking for. Have taken mine out yet. But I will.
