oil change reminder message.

How is my 2010 2500 oil change message set up? Mileage, Engine meter? I recently switched to SYN. and have about 3000 mileage and is telling me to have have oil changed. Thanks

The computer has no way of knowing what kind of oil you put in
I personally would like to see rams with adjustable OCI monitors kinda like infinitys in the uconnect screen
Then everyone can set their own interval and be happy!

Sticks just clear it and it resets, I just reset mine as well. Turn key to last position before truck starts, and then turn all the way off, press gas pedal three times, and then start the truck, it should clear. It is set to time and/or mileage and some people say even a oil type monitor.
