New to me 2010 2500, I just changed the oil, do I need to reset the computer so it doesn't tell me in 3 weeks that I need to do it again?

If so how do I go about it?

Thanks!

Yes you need to reset it. This should be the instructions for a 2010..

"Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position. Do not start the engine.
Fully press the accelerator pedal slowly three times within ten seconds.
Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" position.
Note: If the indicator message illuminates when you start the engine, the oil change indicator system did not reset. If necessary, repeat these steps."
