Hey,

I have a 2018 Ram 2500 6.4 Hemi. I replaced the oil pressure sensor because it read 101 PSI when the key was on but not started. Still reads 101, so I disconnected the sensor all together and checked the digital number. Still reads 101. Seems like a short somewhere. I jiggled wires but it never moves from 101. Any ideas?

Did you use a geniune OEM Mopar sensor, alot of aftermarket sensors don't play well with Ma Mopars electrics.

May be time for a mechanical gauge .
It makes me confident that the pressure is what’s displayed.
Plus it feels like a long time ago , when it was standard operating procedure, whenever I got a different car.
