I know this has been discussed before a lot on here but, what's one more time?

I've been looking at light mods for awhile now. I'm looking for the cheapest way to brighten my lights up before I head up hunting. So, funds for the moment will be pretty tight. What ideas do you guys have for me.

My truck is the SLT and there is no fog cutouts in my bumper so if I did anything with that I would think that it would go possibly in the grill like I've seen done on here. As far as the high and low beams I was thinking of just changing the bulbs for now just not totally sure which ones I want to go with.

Ideas?

Run a cheap set of HIDs for the time being like a ddm kit. A lot of people around here run those and then you could always run some sort of off road light behind the grille. I did for awhile but those bulbs didn't match my HIDs and I couldn't change the bulb in them so I took em off.

HIDs for your headlights and then if you can swing another $100 or so, buy a set of Hella 500s and put HIDs in them and run them behind your grill. I think you will be really pleased with light output then.

You talking about those $35 HID from that link that was sent to me? Also I could do another $100 for some 500's. Are there any good bright LED's for fogs to put behind the grill? ( Just thinking about heat)

check with JJ for pricing on HID's His price might be higher, but you would be getting a kit with a harness made for your truck and great customer service
