does anyone know why only my driver's door locks? I read on here a while back that a flash to the body control module sometimes fixes is but they flashed mine when they did a recall and it's still intermittent.

Soooo, do your other three doors not lock at all whether it be the auto lock, press of the lock button on the fob, or press of the lock button on the driver door handle(if so equipped)?
Also do you have the Ram Boxes and/or the electric locking tailgate? Are they not locking either?
But I’m confused; did everything lock like it was all supposed to before they flashed a recall update to your body-control module and now it doesn’t?
If it don’t, I’d say you need to go back to your dealer and let them sort it out.

So I have the same issue. I think : 2013 ram 2500 crew cab.
My issue is that the driver door and tailgate ALWAYS lock and work correctly. The other 3 doors are intermittent. Meaning that when they don't work, they don't work with the key fab, or by pressing the button on the door, or when driving and you hit 15mph. I can go 2 weeks of not working correctly then it will be working fine for a day. I have been to two dealers and they have no idea. Sooo to say I am frustrated is an understatement. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Well is this similar to the OP’s incident where his problem started happening after I believe when he got the U53 body control module recall update?
That was quite a while ago when the OP posted his problem but he hasn’t responded back with an update. But either way, even if your problem isn’t safety recall update related, you’re gonna have to have the issue come back up at the dealer and replicate it so they no what to do from there. If your ****’s working fine when it’s there, there’s really not a whole lot they can do.
