Turns out my $1600 guess was slightly low. Like half. $3200.

Are you able to find a black tailgate and a chrome bumper at the junkyard and just swap them out yourself?

Looks black in the pic, it's actually luxury brown pearl coat. Plus the quarter panel is damaged above the taillight and by the bumper.
