Options you wish you had

First off i just want to say i have been searching this forum for about 6 weeks trying to help me make the right purchase. I am new to the forum and am about 2 weeks away from ordering a 2015 ram 1500 express Crew Cab with the Hemi and 4x4. i have a list written down of the options i want, however i wanted real feedback from owners. What are some options you wish you had gotten with your truck?

I have a 14 Big Horn quad cab. I love the uconnect and premium seating up front. As far as what I wish I would have bought, for sure wish I bought a crew cab, ram boxes and bought a rolling away bed cover. The boxes would be great for my float trips.

All I really wish I had from factory is remote start, but I'll be getting that put in soon enough anyways. Other than that, I wouldn't mind some parking sensors.

How about what I thought I did have? I had a few trucks in mind and ended up buying one that I was sure had heated steering wheel and seats. I bought last March (still cool around here) and the first night I went to look for the button to heat up the wheel and seats. Never did find it!!!!

I've never been much for reading fine print but probably should have this time. I'd really like to have those options but honestly I probably would have bought this truck anyway since it had everything else I was looking for and was a great deal.

Some front parking sensors would be nice... what is with the HUGE bulge in the hood anyway? I drove over my garbage can one morning.... didn't have a chance at seeing it. And @ 6-4 it's not like I'm short.

The backup camera is a must have. I'm actually traveling and am in a rental w/o the camera and I feel completely lost.... and the rental is just a small sedan. I couldn't imagine backing up a full size truck ever again w/o a camera and sensors.

all the options i wish i had are not available for my spec .
- really miss the auto up windows function of the crew cab (not available for reg cab)
- side mirror tilt on reverse (available only on trucks with memory seats)
- push button start and keyless entry
- Backup sensors (not available on reg cabs)

Don't thnk its a factory option but it should be as trucks are the "family vehicle" or nicer vehicle IMHO.............but REAR ENTERTAINMENT would be nice!!!! I hate having to strap the portable DVD players up (3 kids, all in car seats).

On the fence if I should have gotten the Ram Box.

Oh ya, PADDLE SHIFTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please?!


EDIT: my truck has everything I actually wanted (that you can get), only lacks the air suspension which I don't want because the truck will be lifted..............someday.

The sunroof is the only option that I didn't get that I wish I would have. Of course, it's only nice enough out to use it for about 20+ days a year around here.

spray liner + class IV hitch
popular equipment group
exterior appearance group

wheel to wheel steps
Uconnect 5.0 radio
Rear view camera
still debating about anti-spin rear end

Get the Anti Spin. Will run you $1K+ to get one installed if you need it down the road, and let me tell you after having a open diff. It sucks.
