Ordering question, new here.

Hey Everyone! I ordered my Truck on 7/9/22. I have a vin number which indicates it's going to be a 22. But it has not been built yet and and is currently in d status. I know that the Sterling Heights factory has a scheduled shut down on August 22nd. Is that for a model year change? Are the 23 models even being ordered yet? What should I expect? I ordered a 1500 larami with almost every option in black night edition. I've read in the forums that model year change is normally around this time... Thanks!

They have not opened the '23 MY yet for ordering on the RAM trucks, only ProMasters. If you send me the last 8 of your VIN I can track the process.

When they do shut down, it is usually for 10 to 14 days
They do a complete cleanup & maintenance, they may adjust a few of the work stations to make them more work friendly

If there are no major design changes, they don't need to do anything to the stamping mills

I read on a fleet site that the model year change is set for September 23rd. If I do get a 22 do you think that delivery at this time of year will have better incentives and financing?

Your is definitely a 22 with that vin
