original ram airbox filter mounting brackets

Hi I need advice how do i get the air filter box mounts off the fender i found 3 small screws from wheel well but its still fastened somewhere its a 2004 ram hemi 1500 Thanks

they are undernearth the frame...run your finger under where it would connect..i think its either a 12 or 14mm. Two bolts
