Orphan wire

Just purchased a 2018 Ram 2500 Big Horn 6.4l V8 with 56,000. I’ve been watching them since the makeover in the early 90’s. I am installing a new radio and I found this wire just hanging there. Can anyone help me identify where it belongs?View attachment 579667View attachment 579669

Its is. Foot well light plug. The same is found on the passenger side under the felt liner.
