Depending on how mechanically inclined you are, is add brake maintenance to the list. Remove calipers, lube calipers slides if needed and clean / lube pad slides.

I just did mine yesterday and it made a noticeable difference in the brakes.

I was just looking over my manual and was impressed at the intervals for a lot of items for these trucks. Tranny is 120K, Coolant is the same I think. There's really not a lot needed for a while. I may have a different outlook since I have a lifetime warranty. So, if it's not in the manual I'm likely not doing it.
