New to the forum, not sure if this has been covered. Recently my 19 bighorn threw a p000b code, camshaft position slow response bank 1. The truck seems to still be running great, but since the cel came on, it’s developed a chattering/ticking/clicking noise at low acceleration that appears to come and go intermittently. Like it’ll be fine for 2-3 minutes and then will do it again for 10 seconds and quit. Anybody ever experienced this? Thanks. Truck has 68k miles
