So I had a bearing go out in my front right side of my 02 dodge 6spd cummins . Needless to say I had to buy a new hub and rotor. Changed them out and my abs light went away and its been driving fine for almost a week. Yesterday I took it out on the interstate and the abs lights flashed on and off randomly. I plugged in my programmer and it says no speed sensor signal. It's causing me to have my rpm's jack up high just to get moving and its doing this in every gear. My wires look fine and plugged in. Any suggestions?

Is your sensor in the hub or behind it at the knuckle joint? If its in the hub I've had many replacements not have the same sensor depth. May require shims or grinding the mounting surface. Sensor air gap. Should be .035-.065 as a rule of thumb. I use a tire tread depth guage to measure the hole to the top of the teeth then measure the sensor then convert the 32nds measurement to a decimal

The sensor plugs directly into the hub. It was the most expensive hub you could buy from Napa.

Ya start by checking air gap. Set it tight. If its good use a DVOM and check for ac voltage while spinning the wheel (jacked up). I'm assuming the new hub came with a new sensor? Try your old one..
