PAC AP4-CH41 on a '19

Does anyone know if the PAC AP4-CH41 will work on a 2019 Ram. I ordered a standard line out converted, and the 3 audio shops I took it to for quotes said it wouldnt work. I need a digital line out coverter, not the standard one.
