Uncomfortable drivers door on elbow

I have a 2022 Tradesmen 2500. I love the truck but driving long distances it’s brutal on the L elbow to rest it on the window sill. It’s got no padding and just hard plastic. Has anyone found a way to put a pad on it that will stay in place with window closed?

They make pads that go on the armrest that gives more area and height.

I get it, you're used to driving with your elbow on the window sill. I haven't seen any retail products made for that area. My guess is that you'll need to come up with something yourself if you can't adjust your elbow position.

I think you guys may be missing what he's asking for. Those are all arm rest pads. The OP rests his elbow on the window sill, and is looking for something to cushion that area.
