Paint is

I have a 19 ram 1500 warlock and paint peeled from top of bumper by left headlight and fog light housing and by license plate area. Was denied by digital imaging. I just hit 60k and have an exten warranty. Anyone else having this problem

Isn't the Warlock bumper powder coated? My understanding is that they use the same front bumper that was used for the 4th gen Rebel models. I know those were powder coated black. A pic or two might clear up confusion, for me at least.
