Painted replacement bumper

Has anyone ever bought a pre painted bumper on Ebay? They have some at a good price, but i dont want to buy junk.

My buddy bought one for his Hyundai. It came very dull almost like they did just the base coat or super thin clear. It wore pretty fast from rock chips. It was his beater so he didn’t care. You get what you pay for

Also interested in this...considered a roll pan, too. My rear bumper had some dings, I will have to get a quote on fixing it and painting it, or getting another painted.
