Passanger Side parking light doesn't work; bulb still works

Hello!
My 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L:

The passenger side parking light doesn't come on when the headlights come on. However, it does come on when I turn on the hazard lights. So i know the bulb is fine. Could it be a fuse? If so, any insight to which fuse it may be, the fuse box guide is some what in code and I couldn't find the obvious fuse for it.
