Passenger front tire just fell off!

Literally never heard of that happening.

My daughter-in-law had two Honda Civics in a row that suffered from broken ball joints.

I was sure Dodge had this problem once before, it was the 2000 to 2003 Dodge Durango that had a safety recall #D-47 for upper ball joints that may cause the front wheel to separate from the vehicle.
