Passenger window not working

I have a 2015 Ram RT and not that long ago the passenger window stopped working,its weird because it’ll go down and up when i have the truck off but on RUN position but not when the truck is on. Any idea what this could be?

Try unplugging the battery for 30 mins then turn the key on and hold the up buttons for about 10 seconds after the window is all the up
