Performance help

I have a 06 hemi with a bully dog gt tuner, cai, and flow master exhaust. I had my cats cut off about a year ago and I was wondering if that is affecting my performance? My buddy just bought a 08 hemi 4x4 thats stock and I was riding with him and my wife was driving mine, she's a speed demon so she wanted to race and my buddy's truck was pulling away a bit. So what's my problem lol besides my wife driving. And mine is 4x2

Does yours have a ton more miles? Your motor could just be tired. When's the last time you've done a tune up, plugs, filter, TB clean? Was there a banana in the tail pipe? Just a few easy things to check that could help.

Yeah mine has about 185000 miles his has 120000

And I do need a tune up

Id get the basics done and see how it runs after that. Plus, air filter, clean the throttle body, etc. That should definitely help.
