Phones not pairing with Uconnect

Has anyone else had trouble with the bluetooth connection between your phone and Uconnect? Just got the truck Friday (2019 Laramie) and today had two updates to the Uconnect system. Still will not stay paired. Yes, both phones are compatible, so I know that's not the issue. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Solutions?

Try turning your wifi off on the phone, and then try the bluetooth pairing process.

Not sure if turning off the wifi was the cause, but I tried and it works now. I've turned the wifi back on and it still pairs. So, thanks for the suggestion.

Turning of the WiFi didn't change anything. I have tried it all (that I could do myself) and nothing seems to set it right.
