All ya have to do is go to a site like photobucket. And upload your picture to that site. The site will then give you a code to put in a forum. Copy that and at the bottom of the pageuse the advanced option. There is a button that looks like a picture. Click that and paste the code in that box. And then submit. But the original pic needs to be around 1024x768 for a quality chop. If ya need more help. We'll be happy to help.
