All depends on who is at the parts counter. Some are people are nice and some are *****. Just have your ID and registration out and ready and don't try to get it over the phone.

My dealer Stateline CDJR in Somerset MA gave mine with the proper credentials no questions asked. The parts guy said it would expire but we all know differently. Great place to work with.

Try all your local dealers. From what I've read, some freely give it out and some refuse.

I bought the Chrysler PIN Puller App and used an Android Tablet with a Bluetooth OBDII Code Reader. Worked like a champ. App is free, you have to buy "credits" to do stuff. I think I spent $15 and pulled my pin.

My dealer didn't have any issues giving it to me as long as i provided ID and registration. I tried to do it over the phone with 3 different ones and they said sorry we can't do it that way.
