Okay, so I found plastidip for only $5 a can, and decided to buy a few cans...
Do you think I will be able to paint my exhaust tips without it coming off from the heat?
thanks

I have seen somebody do this, but I don't think it's really recommended for high heat. A better option would be to use some high heat paint for an exhaust application.

There's been multiple people on here do their exhaust tips with no problems. At least on the 4th gens from what I've seen.

Yeah, I have been reading on it, and a lot of people have done it. The only reason I won't high heat paint them is because they are all stainless, so paint doesn't stick to them, and I don't want to etch them with acid, and I had heard of this being done. I also don't want it to be permanent if I don't like it. I went to the performix website ( Plasti Dip Tech Tips | Plasti Dip International ) and it says that it has been tested to 200+ degrees, and after driving for 30 minutes, I can still touch them with my hand, so I think they will be alright

plasti dip is good up to 200 degrees F. Your exhaust gets way hotter.
