So I read you talking about blue calipers, well I don't think its the best idea. I tired in on my old express and it looked like ****. Mine was a black truck and the blue hardly stood out. I have green calipers now on my black sport and love it, orange might look alright but don't go with anything without a glossy finish or it will always look a little dirty. Bright colors need lots of cleaning...

That's exactly how mine turned out. You are right it doesn't stand out but with the mineral grey I think it looks good. I can see with the black paint and wheels need something a little brighter.

Got dark before I could get pics of the wheels and calipers. Get some posted tomorrow.

Heres a before and after.

Going to run the wheels until the dip starts coming off then will be powder coated. Got quoted 300 to do all 4 wheels. Seem right?


Think that's about it. Time to get started on the performance stuff now. Well, not quite. Gotta do something with the headlights too.

That looks really close to mopar blue. What brand of paint?

Thinking about doing some blue interior accents. Im already committed to the VHT caliper blue but your blue does stand out a little better.

Love the look of the dipped emblems, luckily my brother just brought back a couple cans from his last trip to the states. I don't know why but they're selling plasti-dip for nearly $20/can here in Canuckland.
