Plastic bed topcaps

What are you using to protect the plastic bed topcaps? Armorall?

303 Aerospace Protectant, or similar uv protectent.

The one on my tail good is lose and keeps coming off. I tried some silicone on it to hold it down. it stuck to the top fo the tailgate well but not to the underside of the plastic.

any suggestions?

It sounds like the clips that pop into the tailgate are broken / worn out.
Only thing I know of to do is cough up the $84 and order a new one from the dealer.

I hate this piece. I broke it within 2 weeks of owning this truck.
Dealer wouldn't even help me out on ordering a new one, jerks.

Its only performed unerring warranty. Truck has no warranty. Guess its either new 3m tape or $90 for new
