Car seat protection

Hey all, just picked up my 2026 1500 Laramie yesterday. Those of you with kids and car seats, what are you using to protect your seats from the messes they love to create.

We used a dog seat cover which snaps in across the headrests and tucks into the gap between the seat bottom and seat back. That was for our dog who preferred to be on the seat, not floor, and shed constantly (choc lab). Leather seats. She is gone now, so we’re going to re-home the seat cover.

If you’re asking about a protectant, I’ve got no idea.

No food or drink in the car for kids until they can be neat. Dog seat cover a must. Some use Scotchguard - I have not tried it.
