Plastidip badges

Anybody ever plastidip their badges? I want to do the gray dip on everything thats chrome on the ram badges but peel off where its black. Is it a super PITA or is it worth doing instead of getting a body shop to paint them.

Use the search function on the forum, there are lots of people that have done it. I haven't personally, but it seemed to be an easy project.
