Please help- BCM?

Hello I have a 2009 Dodge Ram Laramie and just the other day I had all my interior electronics start malfunctioning. My heater doesn’t work, stereo, windows, locks, blinkers, speedometer and all the other gauges, and my wind shield wipers run non stop. We took it in and they said it was the body control module but when I’ve been looking it up there a lot that’s unclear. Some sites say the bcm is just the fuse box and some just pop up and say it’s other things. We’re kind of stuck and any help would be appreciated!

My previous 2004 Ram required a BCM. The wipers and door locks would actuate while the truck was running and when the truck was off. This usually occurred in rain or washing the truck.

They can be repaired 95% of the time if you send it to someone who knows how to repair circuit boards.
