Pls help..2008 6.7 no pwr bat 12v

I have a 2008 Dodge ram 2500 6.7. something unplugged or something.. all of a sudden I turn the key it does nothing. Lights won't come on dash won't come on no beeping nothing. I charge the battery I check it it's at 12:00 sometimes 13 it's the same thing nothing. Is this my key fob messing up or something unplugged. Check fuses I'm going to do that again. This is a nightmare I have no vehicle running now

Check the fusible links where the cables hook to the battery. Should have voltage on both ends of it.
