I am looking for ideas to mount a clean light bar on my 2018 ram Laramie 1500! I would love to fit one behind my grill will the active air shutter. But of course i am open to any ideas. Post those pictures of your rigs!!!!

This is my old truck...a 17 1500 bighorn.
2 7" pods behind the grill after swapping out inserts to honeycomb, 2 flush mount tow hook blank 40 watt pods and led lows and fogs

Damn, thats alot of light!! Was there the active grill shutters in your truck?

It was a 17 so Yes there was. I pulled it out and removed all but the upper and lower slats and reinstalled the ags. No issues with clearance for pods. After removing most slats and leaving upper and lower assures the truck wont throw a cel.
Now there is a kit to totally delete the ags but when I did this work there wasn't...as far as I knew...lol

Is there any advantage/disadvantage to removing the ags, saw the video on you tube with part you mentioned, considering removing mine
