So, tomorrow I will be taking the truck in to get the stock 20's powdercoated some sort of black. I'm trying to choose between either flat black, or PXR (brilliant black) to match my truck. Any opinions on which one would look best, feel as though the PXR would be too shiny. Just in case you haven't seen it.

Also, I need to make the lug nuts black. I saw someone mention some covers, and that if I bought black ones they would chip easily. Any experiences with either the colored covers or painted ones?

I had a set of black anodized on my last car and as long as you didn't take an impact to them, they'll hold up pretty good

i use to have a set of flat black on mine, and imo leaving the lugs chrome looks better.

Yeah, but leaving them chrome would look odd on mine. Literally nothing else is chrome, all badges have either been painted or removed, everything chrome was painted, and even the antenna was replaced. Haha.

Edit: Not a problem, there's a nice picture for ya too. Haha. That badge on the back is the last one to be dealt with.

A bright black would be ok if you kept tire shine on them 24/7, if not I think it would look odd. My votes flat black.

You could always do a black with some kind of speckle in there to give it some contrast. Maybe like a silver speck or gold speck in it. Nothing too crazy just something to catch an eye other than matte black.

Flat black or a satin black that has a little bit of a gloss to it.

I just think the extremely shiny brilliant black would be odd looking. I had asked Wermbang to do a photoshop for me, and he did a great job. Just the flat black I believe, and I like the look of it.

The guy basically told me everybody who has tried the glossy black has absolutely hated it, and that he highly recommended the flat black. I talked with him about it for a while.
