Power mirrors

My 2005 dually mirrors wont adjust. When pressing the switch, they seem to me trying to move but can't. This would indicate there is power but what should i check. The switches or the motors or both.

If they're trying to move then it doesn't sound like the switch, but both of the motors dying at once? That's unlikely. If you were anywhere near me I'd think they were frozen, but not likely if your profile is correct and you're in AZ. The switch is probably the best place to start checking.

Since I just bought the truck yesterday I've no idea how long the mirrors have been bad. The seller said he just adjusted them by hand. So I will check the switch first before removing a mirror to bench test it.
