Power running board

My right side power running board says it’s obstructed and will go down half way and retract
Anybody else having this problem?

I think a trip to the dealer is your best option.

Either the sensor has gone bad or it has stuff on it. Clean the sensor, if that doesn't fix it, take it in to the dealer if it is still on warranty or replace the sensor.
