Power Steering Leak at T Under Resivoir

I just noticed that the power steering fluid on my 2016 2500 6.4Hemi is leaking. The fluid is leaking around the T fitting that is under the fluid resivoir. One side of the T goes to the resivoir, another goes to the cooler and the other one goes up to the brake master cylinder. I can't tell if the T is cracked or if one of the hoses is leaking around the hose clamp. I'm hesitant to take the clamps off because I don't want to damage the T if it is cracked because I don't know where to get another one. Has anyone else had this issue? Where do I get a new T fitting?

maybe a photo? if its something you can unscrew/take off bring it to your local hydraulic shop they will probably have that piece. thats what I would do but we have a good hydraulics shop around here they are pretty helpful
