Congrats on the Power Wagon! Loving mine! Glad to see you getting it in the dirt! I haven't gotten mine dirty yet....hopefully in the next few weeks!

That is why I spent the extra money for a power wagon so I'll definitely get it out as much as possible. Have you not taken your power wagon off road at all yet?

what do you like the most about the new Power Wagon?

I would say the off road capabilities. I was really impressed how well this big truck did this past weekend in just 4H. I really like how the truck feels and drives for being a 2500 thanks to the softer power wagon suspension. I love having a truck and getting off road. This truck is a perfect fit for me. Amazing off road and still be able to haul and tow anything I would ever need. I know many guys turn away from the power wagon just because of the tow/haul rating compared to a regular 2500, but I'll never have a trailer too heavy for the PW. I contemplated for quite some time if I just wanted a 1500 and get an old Jeep Cherokee to build for off road, but I don't like the idea of having an old vehicle 40 miles out in the middle of no where or having to trailer it to the trail. So here I am with a power wagon, the best of both worlds.

No, haven't gotten off road at all yet! I've had it 4 weeks today and no dirt! In fact, it is in the shop today getting the bed liner sprayed. I've just added a tow hitch (basically something to fill the empty 2.5" hitch) and a rubber bed liner to go on top of the spray on since I load my truck with 1300 lb's of material every month and I don't want the errant nail on the pallet scratching the bedliner all the way down to the metal. Especially since Rhino isn't warrantying that kind of damage anymore. I'm thinking in the next month I should be in the mountains of WV getting ready for bear season!

You might want to do some info searching regarding BDS Vs. a Thuren or Carli Suspension.

Get some dirt on that truck! lol Good luck on your bear hunt!

I literally just posted about suspension in a power wagon forum. I'm debating between BDS since they just came out with a 4" lift or a Thuren level. Thuren seems like the go to between them and Carli with the PW owners. Thuren prices can get crazy depending on how big of shocks you get so I'm trying to find out what will fit my needs.
