Since I bought the truck, I found it odd how the front door windows jump when rolling them down. The back doors don't act in the same manner. When you go to roll them down, they kind of jump almost like if they were froze and broke loose. It does it at any hight though. Hit the down button and it's nearly a 1" drop instantly. Anyone else see this with their windows?

Def not normal... I've got a 2010 and don't have that issue.

Sounds like your window has separated from the track or the track from the rail.

Roll your window down halfway and stop. Now grab and hold the glass and roll down the window a little bit. Then see if you can slide the glass up and down.

It's not off track. I've taken the windows completely out trying to figure out what's going on. Took the glass off it's mount and run it up and down by hand to feel for a binding up. It's like the motors are causing it. It does it at any height when you go to roll down. Just seems odd that both fronts would do it and not the back ones if something was going bad.

My front windows do this, rolling up and down. Just the slightest jump. I don't think the rear act the same way

That's how mine are. The back ones are nice and smooth. The front jump quickly at first, then they're smooth.

My drivers side does this in my CC 13'. All other windows are nice and smooth.
