Powered seat memory

I have a 2017 3500 Laramie. My powered driver seat memory has stopped working. I can use the controls to move it, but it used to move forward and backwards automatically on startup/shutdown. I checked the apps in the Uconnect radio screen and it is still enabled. Followed the instructions to set the memory, tried unchecking the box, turning it off and back on and re-enabling it, but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Try running the seat all the way forward and hold for about 5 seconds. The run it back and hold it for 5 seconds. We had the same problem with our Durango and that worked. You’ll likely lose the stored seat settings and have to reset them.

Just found this thread. Had the same problem and the reset described by LeeD worked for me.
