Problem with 4X4 2011 dodge ram 1500

Hi all, I'm new to this sight and enjoy most of the topicks.

I have a problem with my truck and figure most people that drive the same truck will ever notice unless you drive in soft sand.

My truck:
2011 dodge ram 1500 quad cab 5.7 Hemi bighorn 4X4.


I have a place on the beach and have to drive in soft sand to get my my house. Any way i had my truck in 4wheel high lock and driving down on sand and stopped for a moment to check someting out. Now when i went to start driving i noticed that the ass end sunk an inch before the front tires even engage.

If i'm in 4wheel lock this shouldn't happen.

I have a friend down their and he has a 2012 bighorn and said he was have the same problem.

Has anyone hear of this problem??

My 1985 chev has less slop in the drivetrain than that. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to use my 4wd much so haven't experienced this problem, but it sounds sad.
