problems after installing 08 intake manifold

after installing the 08 intake on my 02 4.7l i have a had a couple issues one being when i plug my sct tuner in my headlights turn on and on the dash says no bar and the tuner stays a blank blue screen, the other issue is that it only revs to 5000 to 5800ish at full throttle and it does 0-60 in 10 seconds with 33inch tires and 3.55 gears which still sucks but is slower then before the intake manifold which was around 8-9
