Problems with delete

I own a 16 ram 6.7 just did the egr delete and dpf i put a 5 inch turbo back and i have the smartys touch tuner. i got the tuner to register to the vin and downloaded it to the ecm but for some reason my truck is still saying service dpf see dealer and that it is about to go in to limp mode how do i get the truck to accept the tunes and not give me this message

Does the tuner have delete tunes? Not all tuners have delete tunes. Have you tried clearing the codes. The tuner should be able to do that

To start with did you get the communication module for it thats required to work on your truck? https://www.xtremediesel.com/mads-smarty-commod-communication-module

Second dont think the smarty is a delete friendly tuner anymore. Im pretty sure you need a raceme tuner with custom tunes(same thing just doesnt have the canned tunes).

Smarty(Mads) got out of the delete business in 2012 and all of their stuff is emissions legal after that. Are you thinking of Race ME tuners by chance? All of their stuff is loosely based on Smarty programmers but their based out of the EU so not bound by any US EPA stuff.
