Proximity entry

I didn’t think I’d care too much for the proximity entry but I want that option now. Anyone done this, know if it’s possible to do? Or if dealer can add on at this point ?

Not sure on that. But it no longer works on the drivers side of my truck (does on passenger side still) and I am now realizing how much I like the feature.

Would love to get it fixed!

Yes you can add it but not cheap and you need to have the dealer program it or get alphaobd to program it. There is a good write up on hdram forum on how to do it or maybe it is on this one

Forgive me if I missed the thread on this in the Gen 5 forums. If I did please point me there. I need to add proximity entry to my 2019 2500 Big Horn! I had it on my 2016 Longhorn and miss it desperately! But is has to be OEM and not a generic kit from someone. I have found very informative...
