Will changing my differential void my factory warranty?

Nope. Just make sure you use the right spec for gear oil, that the change includes the correct amount of oil and that you keep your receipts. I'd also record the mileage if you end up doing it yourself.

What exactly are you asking about changing? The entire differential? Just the gears? You have a 4wd, so you'll need to do front and back and make sure they match or you're in for a real surprise when you shift into 4wd....

I would think that they won't cover the new gears under warranty if you replace them or any other non oem parts like a locker etc. Anything not associated with the new parts should still be covered.

Correct. FCA could disclaim warranty if you use aftermarket or non-oem parts. Further, any collateral damage caused by the aftermarket parts to FCA parts will not be covered.

FCA can not void your warranty if a dealer doesn't perform a routine maintenance service.
