Pushed overdrive off button and engine stalled ??

Has anyone experienced this ? 2000 5.9 engine. Would not restart . Still searching for answers.

That does not make any sense at all. I'm not saying that it didn't happen, I'm just at a loss as to why that would even occur.

It happened at 50 mph on a hot day. Thinking PCM ? Have one ordered !

That or the Body Control Module. It handles most of the dash and cabin electronics.

What trouble-shooting did you do before you ordered a part that was probably expensive and non-returnable?
