Pushrod question from a newb

I have an 04 hemi and am doing the 6.1 valve spring swap I am also replacing pushrods I have read that 6.1 pushrods will work with stock cam and I have read that no they will not work with stock cam my question is will they work or do I need to go with the 5.7 pushrods thanks Ryan

Spring install height needs to be the same with 6.1L springs, so stick with stock 5.7L pushrods. Only reason to change would be if you were running a larger cam or a regrind that would need longer rods.
