TECHNICAL QUESTION.......Speedometer information. I am looking at moving 2022 Ram 5.7 w/ 8HP trans into an older Power Wagon. The 2022 engine and trans package comes with the ECU and wire harness and Instrument display (Speedometer / Tach etc. ) My question is - WHERE is the speed of the vehicle picked up from that is being displayed on the speedometer? The build I am putting together WILL MOT have wheel speed sensors....so Im hoping the speedometer info is coming from somewhere in the 8HP. Anyone have factual input on this question?
