QC door won't open

Hey y'all I have a 14 QC. I have been gone for the last month just got home last night as the temps dropped into the 20s. Woke up this morning and tried opening the driver door but it wouldn't open. I assumed it was frozen shut so I remote started it and let it thaw. Went to open it and it still won't open. Opens fine from the inside though. What would cause this?

I was going to suggest the child safety lock, but that would impede it from opening from the inside and not the outside. Maybe check is anyway?

When I have my 14 Ram, I got locked out of the truck (with the keys) and could not open it with the fob or the key inside the fob. All four doors were locked. Tried for 30 mins, and then called for road side to come get the truck. Road side came, I showed him the issue, and he opened it for me, with my F$&*@& fob... To this day I don't know why that happened. Perhaps its a glitch similar to this?

Just the drivers door ?
The door is unlocked ?
Does the handle from the outside feel more loose than other doors ?
Like the linkage inside the door has come disconnected ?

Try using your other Fob ...

All other doors open fine, I drove around a while for out and tried again and it worked. Almost as if the linkage was frozen. Really odd
